What this page covers

This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is written in plain language and describes only what we actually do.

What we collect

We collect information only when you choose to send it. If you fill in a contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you entered. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.

Like any web server, ours records ordinary technical details of a request, such as the address it came from and the time it was made. These records exist to keep the site running and secure.

Why we use it

To answer you. If you ask us a question or request materials, we use your contact details to reply and to continue that conversation. We do not use these details for unrelated mailings.

Cookies and site statistics

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising networks. We use a verification file required by a search engine to confirm ownership of the domain; it does not track visitors.

To understand which pages people read and where they arrive from, we use Yandex Metrica. It sets its own cookies and records how a page is used: scrolling, pointer movement, clicks. Anything typed into fields meant for personal details is replaced with asterisks and is not shown to us.

We use these statistics to improve the site. We do not use them for advertising and do not pass them to third parties. If you would rather not be included, block cookies in your browser settings or use a blocker — the site will keep working.

Who else sees it

The people working on your enquiry. Beyond that, your message passes through the services that host this site and deliver our email, in the same way any online message does. We do not sell or trade personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as your enquiry is relevant, and after that only where a record is genuinely needed. If you ask us to delete your data, we do so.

Your choices

You can ask us what information about you we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@fund-iq.com and we will handle the request ourselves. There is no form to fill in and no account to create.

Keeping it safe

The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise, but we treat what you send us as confidential.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be visible here rather than announced separately.
